Duma Works is recruiting a Full Stack Marketing Manager for one of our clients; the largest local business marketing network in Kenya. 

Job Description

The company is looking for a high-performing full stack marketing manager to plan and manage capacity / hiring of the Inbound Marketing function as well as partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors as appropriate

Responsibilities

  • SEO – Acquire visitors via organic search by targeting the right keywords, building links, and optimizing the company’s site
  • PPC – Write, price, and choose keywords to drive targeted traffic at the right acquisition cost
  • Social Media – Identify, build, and engage an audience on social platforms
  • Email marketing – Segment and engage our audience while navigating changing email rules
  • PR – Make a splash with a new announcement(s), either through with a traditional press release or in coordination with media outlets
  • Business Development – Create and maintain partnerships to strategically grow the business
  • Copywriting – Write compelling stories that draws in audience, whether in a blog post or a 140 character tweet
  • Content Marketing – Create compelling and sharable media

Requirements

  • Analytics – Knowledge on measuring and assessing changes to performance against a baseline metric
  • Landing Page Optimization – Knowledge of serving a page for a specific audience and using it to convert them to your goals
  • Basic HTML/CSS/Javascript
  • Degree in Marketing, Public relations or related field
  • Relevant experience accordingly
