Duma Works is recruiting a Marketing and Relationship Executive for one of our clients in the ICT sector.


Our client is an I.T. Consultancy company that has been operational for 17 years. Our client’s core business is I.T. Security consultancy within the East African Region, where they cut across different sectors ranging from telecommunications, banking, government and education.


The position is responsible for the company’s Digital and Offline Marketing, Customer relationships management and Vendor Management. The Position will drive retention business through Customer Success and support Acquisition of new business through Marketing and Vendor Engagement.


  1. Marketing
  2. Customer Relationship Management
  3. Vendor Management


Marketing Execution

  1. Develop the company’s Digital Marketing Strategy
  2. Derive the company’s Digital strategy execution.
  3. Manage the company’s Social Media platforms
  4. Develop the company’s Offline Marketing strategy
  5. Execute the company’s Offline Marketing Initiatives
  6. Generate Leads and prospects from All marketing initiatives.
  7. Identify, join and attend external Marketing forums for
  8. Monthly Tracking of specific outcomes from Marketing initiatives.

Customer Relationship  Management

9. Develop the company’s Customer Engagement plan

10. Schedule and Execute Scheduled Monthly Customer Check-ins

11. Collect, track and promptly respond to customer feedback and complaints.

12. Obtain Quarterly Customer Testimonials

13. Generate leads and Prospect deals from existing customers

Vendor Management

14. Facilitate and Manage Vendor Relationship
15. Understand and execute the company’s Vendor Requirements and Standards
16. Analyze the company’s Vendors management process for continuous improvement.
17. Maintain cordial and Mutually beneficial Vendor  Relationship


  1. Approved Digital Marketing Strategy
  2. Approved Offline Marketing Plan
  3. Approved Customer Success Plan
  4. Approved Vendor Engagement Plan
  5. Increased the company’s Digital Interaction
  6. No of Leads generated from Digital marketing.
  7. No of Marketing events and initiatives
  8. No of Leads Generated from Offline marketing events.
  9. No of Vendor engagement initiatives
  10. Monthly Marketing Report
  11. Monthly Customer Success Report
  12. Quarterly Vendor engagement Report
