Duma Works is recruiting an Operations Manager for our client; a leading I.T. Consultancy whose core business is I.T. Security consultancy within the East African Region.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

The position is responsible for the company’s Digital and Offline Marketing, Customer relationships management and Vendor Management. The Position will drive retention business through Customer Success and support Acquisition of new business through Marketing and Vendor Engagement.

JOB DUTIES:

Marketing Execution

  • Develop the company’s Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Derive the company’s Digital strategy execution.
  • Manage the company’s Social Media platforms
  • Develop the company’s Offline Marketing strategy
  • Execute the company’s Offline Marketing Initiatives
  • Generate Leads and prospects from All marketing initiatives.
  • Identify, join and attend external Marketing forums for
  • Monthly Tracking of specific outcomes from Marketing initiatives.

Customer Relationship  Management

  • Develop the company’s Customer Engagement plan
  • Schedule and Execute Scheduled Monthly Customer Check-ins
  • Collect, track and promptly respond to customer feedback and complaints.
  • Obtain Quarterly Customer Testimonials
  • Generate leads and Prospect deals from existing customers

Vendor Management

  • Facilitate and Manage Vendor Relationship
  • Understand and execute the company’s Vendor Requirements and Standards
  • Analyze the company’s Vendors management process for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain cordial and Mutually beneficial Vendor  Relationship

Lead Generation

  • Develop new business and identify appropriate/ potential clients within the target market.
  • Follow up on un-contacted leads to identify potential prospects.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop leads into signed business and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications.
  • Conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Maintains accurate records, with detailed information on customer contacts.

  1. Approved Digital Marketing Strategy
  2. Approved Offline Marketing Plan
  3. Approved Customer Success Plan
  4. Approved Vendor Engagement Plan
  5. Increased the company’s Digital Interaction
  6. No of Leads generated from Digital marketing.
  7. No of Marketing events and initiatives
  8. No of Leads Generated from Offline marketing events.
  9. No of Vendor engagement initiatives
  10. Monthly Marketing Report
  11. Monthly Customer Success Report
  12. Quarterly Vendor engagement Report
