The organization is piloting an innovative “hub & spoke” model that combines the sustainability of best-practice ECD hub centers, with the scalability of a micro-franchising program that supports local “mamapreneurs” to build or grow their own home-based childcare centers. We aim to transform the trajectory of children living in East Africa’s informal settlements and unlock the potential of women in the workforce.
